Dozens of people have attended a public meeting to oppose plans to remove dozens of remains from a County Derry graveyard.

Old friends are set to be reunited at when former pupils of a popular south Derry school meet later this month.
A number of former pupils of Saint Mary’s Grammar School, Magherafelt, have organised a reunion for people who attened the school September 1993 and 2000.

A 46-year-old County Derry man who was killed in a motorcycling accident at the weekend has been described as a “decent” person.

Big hearted truckers did their bit for charity this week when they presented a special cancer unit with over £13,000.
The cash was raised for the Palliative Care Centre at Antrim Area Hospital by the Mid Ulster Truckers during a weekend fundraising drive in May.

A County Derry man has organised a ladies football tournament in remembrance of his late wife who passed away earlier this year.
Gerry McCrystal from Desertmartin will hold the charity memorial event next weekend to remember his wife Ann, who passed away suddenly on January 11.

A small County Derry community is coming to terms with the murder of a man at a house in Castledawson.
