Old friends are set to be reunited at when former pupils of a popular south Derry school meet later this month.
A number of former pupils of Saint Mary’s Grammar School, Magherafelt, have organised a reunion for people who attened the school September 1993 and 2000.
One of the organisers, Fiona Hughes, urged people to come along.
She said: “It is ten years since we left the school and a group of us thought it would be a good idea to hold a reunion. We are trying to get in touch with as many former classmates and teachers as possible so spread the word.
“We think this is a great opportunity for an evening to reminisce and do plenty of catching up. And if people don’t want to come alone they are more than welcome to bring a friend.”
The reunion will take place on Friday, September 24, in Gardiners Restaurant, Magherafelt at 8pm.
